Initial contact and personal interview

At Madriu Real Estate, our main goal is to facilitate the property buying and selling process for our clients. The first step is to set-up an in-person appointment to meet you and understand your needs: type of property, investment goals, profitability %, budget and priorities.


Presentation of scope of services

We will provide a detailed document with all the included services, including an action plan and conditions of the service, all which have been specially adapted to the requirements of your real estate project.


Search and selection of suitable properties

We will report back with all of the suitable properties we have selected for you and accompany you to the viewings of all properties you are interested in.


Present the offer and give advice during the purchase process

We will propose and negotiate the offer with the selling party. We will coordinate the purchase process and resolve any issues that may arise during the deal negotiation and completion.

Property management and Concierge services

We help you to manage your property

Real estate assistance to guarantee access to operators and industrialists for regular inspections of the facilities, maintenance and repairs.

If you are away from home, we can pick up your post, turn on the heating before you arrive and coordinate cleaning and gardening services.

We can do your food shop for you before you arrive so you don’t come home to an empty fridge.

We can represent you in annual and/or exceptional homeowner association meetings.
